The eighth Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Cultural Industry Expo Fair opened on Aug 29 in Hohhot, capital of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.

This grand event attracted 500 exhibitors from over 20 countries and regions, 25 provinces across China, and 12 leagues and cities in Inner Mongolia, each showcasing their unique cultural treasures. Among the standout participants was Alshaa League, with a vibrant and engaging exhibition.

Alshaa's exhibition area spanned 143 square meters and highlighted the league's aerospace achievements, traditional customs, and cultural resources, such as the desert landscapes and the iconic Populus euphratica trees.

The display was divided into five sections: Cultural Tourism Integration, Desert Mysteries, "Alshaa Gifts", Colorful Intangible Heritage, and Specialty Cuisine. Through VR experiences, live performances, interactive activities, and visual presentations, visitors were immersed in Alshaa's historical heritage, natural beauty, and technological progress.

In the "Alshaa Gifts" section, 15 local enterprises showcased over a thousand unique products, from camel wool coats to Alshaa agate jewelry, drawing significant attention from attendees.

The addition of the Desert Mysteries section this year featured the recently UNESCO-listed "Badain Jaran Desert: Towers of Sand and Lakes". It aims to introduce Alshaa's exceptional cultural and tourism resources to a broader audience, both nationally and globally.
