Since the beginning of this year, Alshaa High-tech Industrial Development Zone has continuously optimized and improved support infrastructure, promoted road and pipe network construction, upgraded the development environment, and injected strong impetus into the zone.
The newly-built extension of Taisheng Road runs from north to south, with a total investment of nearly 11.96 million yuan ($1.8 million) and a total length of 1.98 kilometers. After completion, the planned No.15 Road and No.6 Street will be connected together, which will bring convenient transportation to enterprises and create favorable conditions for attracting investments.
Liu Min, Urban and Rural Construction Bureau of Alshaa High-tech Zone, said completing the road will bring convenience to enterprises around this line and also guarantee better development of the enterprises.
In recent years, Alshaa High-tech Zone has intensified road construction. The total mileage of roads in the whole region is 191.57 kilometers, including 7.6 kilometers of National Highway 110, 13.3 kilometers of G6 Beijing-Tibet Expressway, 17.798 kilometers of provincial roads, 7.851 kilometers of county roads and 25.243 kilometers of village roads. Urban roads account for most of the mileage.
Fu Lei, deputy general manager of Inner Mongolia Zhonghe New Materials Co Ltd, said that the construction of Taisheng Road has brought great convenience to the enterprise to transport raw materials, equipment, spare parts and products.
The sewage pipe network reconstruction project of Malaqin Commercial Street in Alshaa High-tech Zone is one of the projects being implemented this year.
With the increasing number of canteens and restaurants in Malaqin Commercial Street, the amount of catering sewage produced is increasing, which leads to the blockage of sewage pipe network. In order to solve this problem, Alshaa High-tech Zone has listed the sewage pipeline reconstruction of Malaqin Commercial Street as a project for the people, raising about 1.26 million yuan. After the completion of the project, the drainage and sewage pipe network facilities of the whole community will be improved, and the living environment of the surrounding residents will be further enhanced.
Since the beginning of this year, Alshaa High-tech Zone has taken the improvement of infrastructure as important for attracting investment and for undertaking industrial transfer. The whole project plans to invest more than 41.24 million yuan, reconstruct four roads of 5.52 kilometers, and improve the greening, pipe network laying, water supply and drainage facilities of the zone and its surrounding roads.
Alshaa High-tech Zone further accelerates the construction of livelihood projects, and new projects, especially the renovation of Nadam Park and Central Park.
