Inner Mongolia releases green technologies catalog
In a proactive move towards sustainable development, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region recently unveiled the Catalog of Advanced Green and Low-Carbon Technologies in the Industrial Sector of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region 2024.
This strategic initiative aims to support the region in achieving its goals of controlling energy consumption during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-25) and reaching milestones for peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality.
The release of this catalog signifies a significant step in advancing green and low-carbon industrial practices within the region.
The comprehensive catalog encompasses various energy-saving, water-conservation, and resource-utilization technologies across metallurgy, chemical engineering, construction materials, and telecommunications industries.
It includes 66 categories of energy-saving equipment, 32 categories of water-saving equipment, and 17 categories of resource-utilization equipment.
Among the featured technologies are high-efficiency centrifugal fans, advanced composite ceramic pumps for energy conservation, and industrial circular cooling bio-treatment equipment.
