Five enterprises from North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region signed product export sales agreements worth a total of $58.26 million with American enterprises.

These deals were made and signed at an import and export commodities purchasing fair held in Hohhot, the capital city of Inner Mongolia, on March 21-22.

The fair was held both online and offline, and attracted the participation of around 650 people.

During the purchasing of imported commodities portion of the fair, about 20 large-scale enterprises and business associations from the United States, and other regions in North and South America, made product promotions and negotiated with nearly 30 enterprises from Inner Mongolia with cooperation intentions.

During the export of commodities portion of the fair, more than 20 enterprises in Inner Mongolia met and negotiated with American enterprises, involving industries such as culture, food, clothing, medical care, chemicals, steel, biotechnology, and supply chain management.

Moving forward, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Council for the Promotion of International Trade will continue to track the results of negotiations and exchanges. They will also provide support services such as translation, policy interpretation, coordination, and communication to promote matchmaking between Chinese and American companies.
