Inner Mongolia to add 1,181 km of national highways by 2035
North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region plans to add 1,181 kilometers of new national highways and 4,130 km of ordinary national highways by the end of 2035.
This was jointly stated in the National Highway Network Planning, which was jointly released by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Transport.
Among the to-be-built highways in Inner Mongolia, highways connecting Ganqimaodu to Urad Front Banner and Ulaanhot to Mangui will upgrade from the autonomous region level to the national level.
