Inner Mongolia companies listed on new Beijing Stock Exchange
Inner Mongolia Datang Pharmaceutical Co -- a company based in Hohhot city in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region -- was listed on the new Beijing Stock Exchange in the national capital on Nov 15.
The Inner Mongolia company was among the first batch of companies listed on the much-heralded Beijing Stock Exchange, which officially started trading to great fanfare on the day.
The successful listing of the Inner Mongolia company broke a nine-year silence of the autonomous region in the A-shares market and helped Inner Mongolia realize a new pattern of capital market development with full coverage now in the Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing and Hong Kong stock exchanges.
Since the start of the year, Inner Mongolia's capital markets have reported a succession of success stories.
Dazhong Mining was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Youran Dairy shares debuted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, while Inner Mongolia Xinhua Distribution Group was given the green light by the China Securities Regulatory Commission to be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Meanwhile, there are two more Inner Mongolian companies currently undergoing listing reviews by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, while another 11 companies have entered the listing guidance period and more than 30 companies have entered the key listing incubation and cultivation stage.
