From 2016 to 2019, a total of 163 high-level innovative scientific and technological talents were recommended for the autonomous region's "Prairie Talents" project.

Meanwhile, Inner Mongolia has introduced 51 scientific research teams and hired 17 academicians over the past five years.

Inner Mongolia also attracted more than 120 talents due to the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.
