Inner Mongolia turns to big data to boost media fusion

A ceremony marking the establishment of the Inner Mongolia Media Fusion Big Data Application Industry Alliance was held in Yuquan district, Hohhot, capital of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on April 18.

According to local media reports, the establishment of the alliance was initiated by a number of enterprises involved in the region's big data, media, and other relevant industries.

In a bid to speed up the collection of big data and use it to accelerate media integration, the alliance will first strive to become a core think tank for media integration and the development of big data applications in the region.

The alliance will also gather resources to build a platform through the combined efforts of enterprises, universities, and research institutes in order to carry out cooperation in media fusion and big data.

In addition, it will enhance communications among members of the alliance, promote unity and cooperation and improve the overall quality and market competitiveness of member enterprises.
