Chinese Art Exhibition Hall opens in Huzhou

The Chinese Art Exhibition Hall in Wuxing district, Huzhou, Zhejiang province, opened to the public on Nov 27. The first exhibition featuring contemporary artists' artworks was unveiled after the opening ceremony.
The event was graced by renowned figures in the art world, including Wu Weishan, director of the National Art Museum of China, and Remy Aron, president of La Maison des Artistes, who sent congratulatory videos.
Eleven famous artists, including Liu Wanming, president of the China National Academy of Painting, presented their artworks in the exhibition hall.
Liang Jianzeng, director of the China Media Group's Editor's Office, highlighted Huzhou's rich cultural heritage spanning thousands of years and its recent efforts to blend tradition with innovation, making it an ideal location for the establishment of the exhibition hall.
Following the opening ceremony, guests had the opportunity to explore the first exhibition, which displayed over 50 contemporary artists' masterpieces across various art forms like calligraphy, painting, and sculpture.
The exhibition hall will regularly display artworks and irregularly hold calligraphy, painting, and other art exhibitions, promising to enrich the cultural landscape of Huzhou.
