A delegation composed of three expats from countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative embarked on a tour of the Southern Taihu Lake New District in Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province on March 20.

The delegation visited places like the Moon Plaza, China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP) Intelligent Science Center as well as the Huzhou Urban Planning Exhibition Hall.

They also attended the inauguration ceremony of a youth entrepreneurship and innovation facility in the district before being appointed by authorities as overseas envoys to facilitate youth innovation in their respective countries.

Before the visit, the three expats were included in a campaign titled "Vine", which was launched by China to allow more international youth talents to learn about China's scientific innovations.
