The 2019 International Blockchain Conference was held on Nov 16-17 in Deqing county, Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province.

The conference consisted of a high-end seminar, a summit forum with a series of parallel sessions, several field trips, as well as other activities.

Experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, and officials in the blockchain industry attended the summit forum to share their unique cases, have discussions on the development of the industry, and offer proposals to drive the high-quality development of the economy.

During the conference, several leading companies involved in the industry established cooperative partnerships with Deqing in an effort to co-build a blockchain town in the county.

Deqing county also held an appointment ceremony for consultants that will give advice on the development of the county's blockchain industry.

The conference was jointly organized by the Chinese Institute of Electronics and the Deqing county government under the guidance of the Economy and Information Technology Department of the Zhejiang and Huzhou municipal government.
