Southwest China's Guizhou province recently launched the "Guigongyi" app, which offers public service applications powered by DeepSeek and specifically tailored to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It is the first of its kind in the country.

This groundbreaking application promises to transform the business landscape for SMEs by providing a seamless, one-click solution for studying policies, detecting operational risks, and proposing quality improvement and upgrading plans.

The app has now been adopted by 74 "little giant" enterprises, 1,144 technologically-advanced enterprises, and 1,587 innovative SMEs across the province.

Boasting 15 proprietary technologies, the app is designed to drive intelligent transformation and digitalization. Its primary focus is to support the technological development of SMEs, enhance the comprehensive services of development zones, and strengthen the service capabilities of enterprise service institutions.

With access to data from over 3.6 million business entities within the province, the app can automatically gather and analyze more than 1 million pieces of policy information and insights from government departments at all levels, both within and outside the province.

Additionally, it can aggregate over 300 industry research reports daily, providing users with up-to-date and relevant information.

The launch of the app is a strategic move to align with the trends of industrial and technological transformation. It aims to shift service models from one-way supply to interactive engagement, from solely offline to a blend of online and offline, and from single services to coordinated, precise, and intelligent services.
