Guizhou sees bumper harvest of camellia oil tea

In early winter, farmers are busy gathering, transporting and drying the camellia oil tea fruit in Yinxia village of Congjiang county, Guizhou province. Harvest season has just kicked off, bringing a bountiful yield.

The oil tea planting area in the county has reached 113.4 square kilometers, with an expected production of 8,130 tons and an output value of 113 million yuan ($15.61 million). The oil tea industry has become one of the pillar industries that help local farmers increase their income.
