The 13th China (Guizhou) International Alcoholic Beverages Expo will be held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Sept 9-12, as revealed at a news conference of the Information Office of the Guizhou Provincial People's Government on Sept 3.
The expo was approved by the State Council in 2011 as a national-level international professional exhibition for alcoholic beverages. It is also the only alcoholic beverage professional exhibition in China that has been certified by both the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and the ISO 9001 quality management system.

This year's expo will feature 2,000 online exhibitors, including approximately 400 international exhibitors. On-site, a total exhibition area of 80,000 square meters will be planned, including eight exhibition halls and areas.
About 3,000 standard booths will be set up for 1,200 exhibitors, including around 350 international exhibitors. The exhibits will cover alcoholic beverages, materials related to the entire alcoholic beverage industrial chain, technologies and equipment, alcoholic beverage derivatives, fine wines, tourism related to the alcoholic beverage industry, and cultural products related to alcoholic beverages.
Over 30 exciting activities involving alcoholic beverages, the integration of alcoholic beverages and tourism, and international fine wine and food events will run throughout the expo.
