Anshun Technical College in Southwest China's Guizhou province recently held a two-day cultural experience activity and invited more than 30 international students from Guizhou University.
The activity allowed international students to learn more about Anshun's culture and the college's vocational education development.
Teachers and students from the tourism department of Anshun Technical College introduced Anshun's Tunbao costumes and culture, and invited international students to partake in a tea ceremony.
At the college's student activity center, the Weiqi club, fine art club, chorus club, paper cutting club, calligraphy club, hanfu club and dancing club were popular among international students.

After learning about the basic manufacturing techniques of Anshun batik, international students tried making their own batik works.
They also visited the college's exhibition of traditional Chinese medicine materials and enjoyed a Dixi Opera performance.
Some of the international students previously didn't know much about Anshun's traditional culture. They were captivated by its diverse culture and said they looked forward to visiting the city again in the future.
