The Second People's Hospital of Guiyang

The Second People's Hospital of Guiyang is a 3A-level comprehensive hospital which was established in 1937.

The hospital covers an area of 7.33 hectares and is equipped with 2,000 beds. It has 1,522 employees, among which 212 have senior professional titles, two are provincial experts, eight are municipal experts and 81 have PhD or master's degrees.

The hospital has no shortage of high-tech medical equipment, such as a surgical stereotactic system, DSA and ECMO. It has 34 clinical departments, including an internal medicine department, surgical department, pediatric department, and TCM department, among others.

The hospital is the national standardized training base for resident doctors and the standardized training base for general practitioners in Guizhou province, as well as the teaching hospital for many medical universities and colleges, such as Guizhou Medical University and Zunyi Medical University.
