Xu Beihong masterpieces exhibited in Guizhou

As a pioneer of modern art in China, Xu expressed himself by painting animals, particularly war horses, in a realistic way during the 1930s and 1940s, when the country was suffering from a national crisis.

Xu's works are printed on display boards along with classical Chinese paintings and distributed throughout the exhibition hall.
