Guided by National Games champion Zhong Delun, a recent nighttime walking tour in Tianhe showcased the district's unique charm after the sun sets. The second installment of his Tianhe exploration highlighted the seamless integration of global culinary offerings with Lingnan cultural landmarks within Tianhe's night economy.

The journey began at the brightly lit entrance of Tiande Street, a celebrated Guangzhou destination known for its concentration of both Chinese and Western flavors. From the glossy, aromatic Cantonese roast meats to the smoky scent of Western-style steaks, the area offers a global culinary tour within a single walk. A featured stop was Changlai Xiaoju, a time-honored Cantonese restaurant that has earned the Michelin Bib Gourmand recommendation for multiple consecutive years.

Tiande Center offers Lingnan-style riverside views alongside a stunning view of the Canton Tower, making it a premier nighttime destination. Moving toward the river, the musical fountains of Haixinsha synchronize with the distant tower, creating a dazzling spectacle.

At Haixinsha Pier, the Cantonese Opera red boat on the Pearl River embodies Lingnan architectural traditions. Innovatively blending Cantonese Opera with modern technology, the vessel presents the performance through 3D holographic projections, bringing century-old tales to life on the river.

From culinary fusion to Tiande Center's cityscapes and the red boat's cultural immersion, this night walk vividly demonstrated Tianhe's diverse evening appeal, injecting fresh vitality into Guangzhou's night economy.
