This project commenced its upgrade following a lightweight asset management cooperation agreement between Guangdong Baixin Investment Group and China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Services in March 2025. Leveraging a mature commercial space of 120,000 square meters, it targets families and young customers. The vitalization was achieved through refined operations, the introduction of flagship stores, and innovative scenario design, resulting in a comprehensive business model upgrade.

To date, the mall has welcomed several popular brands and anchor tenants such as Holiland and Freshippo. It has also completed hardware upgrades including lighting and signage, while simultaneously launching membership services and diverse themed events.

Furthermore, the project features a 2,000-square-meter immersive themed zone named Glowing Star Town, inspired by the Belgian city of Bruges. Strategically located in Baiyun's commercial core with convenient transportation access, it is positioned as a "Neighborhood Family Gathering Center".

The mall will contribute to the joint effort of advancing Guangzhou's development as an international consumption center city.
