Located in Helong sub-district, the project spans 39.11 hectares and combines residential, industrial, park, and educational spaces. The completed initial phase is scheduled for delivery by the end of next year. It will feature five functional apartment designs, varying from 75 to 143 square meters.
The project makes extensive use of smart construction technologies, including drone patrols for modeling, construction machinery, and inspection robots. By adopting lean construction principles, efficiency has improved significantly, which has led to the project being dubbed Huangbian Speed.
This progress not only helps villagers move closer to their dream of improved housing but also sets a new benchmark for smart construction in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It underscores Guangzhou's commitment to promoting high-quality urban development through technological innovation.
