National Innovative Energy Storage Center launched in Baiyun
The establishment of the National Innovative Energy Storage Center in Baiyun, Guangzhou, was recently approved, making it the only national manufacturing innovation center in the field of new energy storage in China.
Focused on large capacity, high safety, long lifespan, and high-efficiency scalable energy storage technologies and equipment, the center operates under a "company + alliance" model, covering an alliance of over 150 companies.

The goal is to create a globally influential manufacturing innovation center, providing multi-level open and shared research, development, testing, and verification platforms.
The center will include eight research and development laboratories for important and common technology, three pilot verification platforms, eight testing and certification laboratories, and two verification test platforms.
In the future, the center will leverage the strengths of industry, academia, and research, participate in the planning of major projects, and work to adhere to green and low-carbon initiatives in terms of energy.
