The Grandview Enterprise Group has announced the development of the Guangzhou Grandview Maofengwan Tourism Cultural Resort, a major new project to transform the region's tourism landscape. This project anticipates leveraging the unique ecological environment of Maofeng Mountain and Baiyun's rich historical and cultural heritage.

With an investment of approximately 2.5 billion yuan ($354 million), the resort is projected to cover an area of about 42 hectares and feature a total construction area exceeding 230,000 square meters. The project aims to create China's first immersive cultural experience destination, blending history, red culture, and Hakka culture. The resort is scheduled to be located in the historic site of Suifeng village.

The resort is set to integrate various cultural elements, including Lingnan culture, and feature multiple themed sections. These are poised to include a red culture education base promoting patriotic education and historical awareness and a historical exhibition area showcasing China's 5,000-year history through modern display techniques such as virtual reality and holographic projection.

The project is poised to include various facilities such as a future technology museum, a national defense mobilization education base, and a high-tech exhibition and science education center. The resort offers various leisure and entertainment choices, including an animal park, water park, and high-quality hotels, aiming to become a benchmark for micro-vacations around Guangzhou.
