The 32nd Guangzhou Fair is in full swing, and this year, Baiyun district is showcasing its unique and high-quality agricultural products. From Aug 23 to 26, visitors can explore Baiyun's brand agricultural products at the China Import and Export Fair Complex.

The Baiyun exhibition area features a variety of local specialties, including the renowned Zhuzai Roast Pig, Shatian Lemons transformed into sweet and sour lemon tea, and the refreshing Zhouxing Water Chestnut. These products highlight the district's commitment to green, healthy, high-quality agriculture.

One of the main attractions is the Zhuzai Roast Pig, a dish that has captivated visitors with its crispy skin, tender fat, and flavorful, lean meat. The skillful carving by Zhu Yuezheng, a recognized inheritor of Cantonese roast meat techniques, has drawn crowds eager to taste this delicacy.

In addition to these specialties, Baiyun has organized 15 agricultural enterprises to participate in the expo. These enterprises are offering nearly 100 varieties of eco-friendly and locally distinctive products, such as Jiangcun Yellow Chicken, Shatian Lemons, Zhouxing Water Chestnut, and Zizhuyuan Bird's Nest Fruit.
