On July 22, a plot in the Shihu Technology Innovation Industrial Park in Baiyun district will introduce a hotel consumption complex with a core focus on five-star standard hotels and maternity services.

The plot is located on Dayuan Street with a construction area of 18,858 square meters.

Guangzhou Guanlan Supply Chain Technology Company, a subsidiary of Guangzhou Yiyun Supply Chain Technology Company, acquired the plot and will invest 4.57 billion yuan ($628.3 million) to build five-star hotels, maternity centers, large banquet halls, and commercial shops.

In the future, Wyndham Hotel Group, the world's largest and most diversified hotel group with over 9,000 hotels spanning nearly 95 countries and regions, will be introduced.

Shihu Technology Innovation Industrial Park, located within the planning area of the Minke Park Core Area, covers a total of 110.2 hectares. To date, it has sold nine industrial and logistics land parcels, attracting six high-end logistics supply chain companies.

Baiyun will continue to promote the sale of the remaining plots in the Shihu Technology Innovation Industrial Park, facilitating the continuous aggregation and development of high-end smart logistics supply chain industries.
