The integrated complex at Chatou Railway Depot Station is located in the Luochongwei area of Baiyun district and is set to begin construction soon.

Previously, the Luochongwei area had been designated for the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area new bank, with its significance rivaling that of Baiyun New City, aiming to become the second Pearl River New City.

The complex at Chatou Railway Depot Station will evolve into a premium riverside residential community, fostering the integration of industry and urban living. It will offer services such as rail transit parking and maintenance facilities, alongside ecological living, comprehensive lifestyle amenities, and cultural education.

The development of the Jiangyu Shangpin Yuan and surrounding areas atop the Chatou Railway Depot Station will result in Baiyun's first riverside transit-oriented development (TOD) supercity. With a total construction area of 1.5 million square meters and the convergence of three metro lines, it will feature a blend of residential, educational, commercial, metro, and recreational park facilities.

The riverside park will cater to activities like camping, barbecue, walking, and fishing. Surrounding projects are progressing rapidly, including the construction of Guanghai Road, the renovation of the riverside park, and various commercial ventures.

In the future, the intersection of Metro Lines 12 and 13 will position it as a hub connecting with core financial, governmental, and commercial districts such as Pearl River New City and Baiyun New City in Guangzhou.
