The e-commerce integrated trading center project of the Food Capital of Guangzhou, which is located in Baiyun district, is expected to be fully capped by the end of this year and will be delivered in early 2025, local media outlets reported on June 2.

The total construction area of this project is about 43,000 square meters. It plans to build a multi-functional platform in the e-commerce industry, covering headquarter offices, a live streaming base, an e-commerce integrated operation center, and cold chain cloud warehouses.

It will be built into a trade center for ingredients that will not only to meet food demands in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, but will also help accelerate the food capital's comprehensive upgrading.

Baiyun is now promoting the digital transformation of the food capital's trade business in order to build a 100-billion-yuan-level ($14-billion-level) food industry cluster that integrates food expos, industry headquarters, and food themed cultural tourism.
