With a total investment of about 230 million yuan ($32 million), the project started construction in August last year. It is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of this year.

Located in the central area of Baiyun's Taihe town, it enjoys great location advantages since it is surrounded with local government offices, schools, residential buildings, and Taihe Station on Guangzhou Metro Line 14.

Zhang Jin, head of the project, said that it covers a total area of about 11,000 square meters and a floorage of about 23,000 sq m, with its plot ratio increasing from 0.3 to 2.0.

"Thanks to the project, social assets have been optimized and increased in value, and the level of land conservation and intensive use has been comprehensively improved," Zhang added.

The project aims to develop into an efficient and comprehensive service space integrating the functions of being an agricultural industry service center, commercial building, business office, as well as talent apartment.
