On March 5, Guangzhou Mayor Sun Zhiyang met with Michelle Chen, co-founder and CEO of BioSyngen, and her team.

Sun welcomed Chen and her delegation, providing a brief overview of Guangzhou's economic and social development. He emphasized Guangzhou's position as one of China's three major medical centers, highlighting the rich resources and vast market potential in the biopharmaceutical sector and expressing optimism about the prospects for cooperation between the two sides.

He noted that Guangzhou is committed to becoming a global hub for biopharmaceutical innovation and industry development, hoping that Biosyngen would increase its investment in Guangzhou to achieve mutually beneficial growth.

Chen thanked the Guangzhou government for its strong support and briefly outlined her company's development strategy and plans. She promised to deepen the company's roots in Guangzhou, accelerate development, lead and encourage more biopharmaceutical enterprises to invest in Guangzhou, and help advance the high-quality development of Guangzhou's biopharmaceutical industry.
