In response to a recently reported COVID-19 positive case in Guangzhou's Baiyun district, the following traffic control measures have been implemented on Dec 6 by the Guangzhou municipal transportation bureau:

Guangzhou Metro

The entrances and exits of Xiaoping Station and Shitan Station of Metro Line 8 are closed, and the trains will not stop at these two stations until further notice.

Buses

All the bus stops on Xincheng and Junhe streets will be temporarily shut down. The main station will be temporarily suspended, and the buses passing through the two streets will not stop. All the bus routes running within the region will be temporarily suspended.

Taxis and ride-hailing services

In the controlled areas (Xinshi Street and Junhe Street), taxis and ride-hailing services are currently suspended.

Highways

Guangyuan Coach Station and Luochongwei Coach Station are also temporarily suspended.

Please abide by the above-mentioned epidemic prevention and traffic control measures, and follow the instructions from the on-site staff. We'd appreciate your support and cooperation.
