A group of over 100 young people from Macao paid a visit to Guangzhou on Aug 26 to get a better understanding of the city's development. 

The delegation toured Guangzhou Metro Museum, Guangzhou's smart traffic command center, and Yong Qing Fang,  a historical street in the center of Guangzhou old city located on Ening Road of Liwan district. 

Liu Yuelun, chairman of the Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, met with the delegation members and delivered a speech.

The young people from Macao who toured Guangzhou can learn about the city's science and technology sectors, transportation, public governance, as well as its cultural system. I hope that they will bring the information they get back to Macao and influence more of their peers and lure more young people to Guangzhou, Liu said.
