The T2 Terminal of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport staged a special food culture communication salon on May 11, with chefs from airlines in Asian countries sharing their airplane meals' standards and products.
A warm-up event for the Asian Cuisine Festival's Guangzhou stop, the salon was organized by Guangzhou municipal people's government and undertaken by Guangzhou Daily Group and China Southern Airlines.

At the event, a large hand-drawn food culture scroll garnered great attention from attendees. The 1.2-meter-long scroll is based on Guangzhou's city map and takes the Pearl River as the central axis. It identifies the iconic attractions, architectures, and highlighted cuisines on both sides of the Pearl River.
