A group of calligraphers from Nansha district gathered at Nansha Wanda Plaza on Jan 18 to hand out free Spring Festival couplets.
The Lunar New Year is just around the corner, and festivities are in full swing in the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou. The Spring Festival couplet, an important part of Chinese New Year culture, represents people's future hopes and dreams.
The activity attracted many people, including Wen Shan, a longtime resident of Guangzhou hailing from India.
