China's leading automaker GAC Group signed a cooperation agreement with telecommunications giant China Mobile on Nov 23, to establish a smart travelling service system.

The agreement was signed by Feng Xingya, general manager of GAC Group and Sha Yuejia, vice president of China Mobile. The agreement-signing ceremony was attended by Zeng Qionghong, chairman of GAC Group, Li Yue, president of China Mobile and Jian Qin, vice president of China Mobile.

According to the agreement, the two parties will launch in-depth cooperation in the areas of 4G Internet of Vehicles, 5G vehicular communication predevelopment, internet-connected autonomous vehicles, telecommunication infrastructure services and marketing.
