Guangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued new incentive policies on July 18, in order to encourage the introduction of more high-calibre talents to the city.

The bonus will be paid in two equal instalments after two and five years respectively.

The new policies also support innovation of HR agencies. Organizations will be rewarded 200,000 yuan for getting an invention patent authorization and bringing about economic benefits in the field in the past three years. Those rated as high and new technology enterprises can get a 200,000 yuan bonus. For newly-established or newly-introduced HR organizations, the government will cover 50 percent or 100,000 yuan site rental up to 3 years.
