Old streets in Guangzhou

Guangzhou, a city that integrates both ancient and modern culture, is attractive in many aspects. The best way to explore the city is to visit some of its old streets, where visitors can not only find delicious local snacks, but catch a glance of people's daily lives.

Nanhuaxi Street, with a history of more than 200 years, is one of the oldest streets in Guangzhou. As the birthplace of the urban area of Haizhu district, the street was a model for Guangzhou's commercial culture more than 100 years ago. The street is no longer as bustling, but the ancient buildings with distinctive Lingnan features still stand proud. [Photo/gz.southcn.com]
