As summer unfolds its golden days, Luqu county in the Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture of Gansu province ushers in its most resplendent tourist season. Renowned as the "Cradle of Chinese Guozhuang Dance," this region unfurls a captivating tapestry of natural splendors.

Visitors are greeted by vast grasslands, pristine blue skies, rolling mountains, and shimmering lakes. Horses and cattle roam freely, completing a picture-perfect landscape that invites exploration of this mysterious and beautiful land.

The local people extend a warm embrace to guests, embodying traditional Tibetan hospitality. Visitors are ceremoniously presented with hada scarves and regaled with vibrant ethnic melodies, accompanied by the impassioned Guozhuang dance—a hallmark of the region's rich cultural heritage.

In Gaxiu village, Shaijintan (Golden Sand Beach) Tent City presents a unique spectacle. Rows of distinctive dwellings and gateways lead to a field of white tents resembling floating clouds on the verdant grassland. This dreamlike setting, comprising 108 diverse tents arranged in an auspicious eight-petal lotus shape, offers a warm welcome to all who visit.

Gahai Lake, the largest freshwater lake on the Gannan grasslands, is a true gem of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Its crystal-clear waters reflect the blue sky and white clouds above. The lakeshore bustles with migratory birds, adding vibrancy to the serene landscape and captivating visitors with its natural beauty.
