The first scene innovation conference of the Quanzhou Nanyi National High-tech Zone (the Quanzhou area of the Xiamen-Quanzhou-Jinmen cooperation and development zone) was held in Jinjiang, Fujian province on Jan 29. The event brought together numerous experts from universities, research institutions, new economy entrepreneurs, and investment institutions to envision the future.

The conference, titled "New opportunities, new scenes, pursuing new quality productivity," introduced the first batch of future scene innovation lists for the Quanzhou Nanyi National High-tech Zone, aiming to explore new territories and continuously ignite the innovative vitality of the private economy.

In his address, Zhang Yigong, secretary of the Quanzhou Municipal Party Committee, highlighted the active private economy, solid industrial foundation, and high-quality innovation resources that provide a fertile ground for development and application scenarios.

Quanzhou is currently promoting the "Jinjiang Experience" of innovative development, focusing on attracting strategic investment, enhancing and expanding the Nanyi National High-tech Zone, accelerating the planning and construction of the Quanzhou Area of Xiamen-Quanzhou-Jinmen Cooperation and Development Zone, and attracting more high-tech enterprises and high-end innovative elements.

Zhang also emphasized Quanzhou's commitment to creating a first-class business environment characterized by marketization, legalization, and internationalization, providing comprehensive support for business projects.

The conference witnessed the signing of the first batch of scene innovation projects and the licensing of a group of scene innovation partners. The 2024 annual scene innovation list was also officially released, accompanied by speeches and high-level dialogues on scene innovation.
