Snowman Middle East FZCO, a subsidiary company of Snowman Group based in Fuzhou, Fujian province, offered cooling services and equipment for the construction of Lusail Stadium in Qatar, the main stadium of the ongoing FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

Qatar is a country located on the Qatari Peninsula, and the tropical desert climate makes Qatar reach more than 40 degrees Celsius in summer and around 30 degrees Celsius in winter. This natural climate has put a lot of pressure on the development of World Cup infrastructure. The company provided refrigeration solutions for the construction of venues for the Qatar World Cup and related projects in Lusail.

According to Wang Qinglong, vice-president of Snowman Group, the Qatari government officially launched the Lusail project after winning the right to host the 2022 World Cup, which brought high demand for millions of square meters of concrete. As a major supplier of concrete cooling solutions in the Middle East, Snowman Middle East FZCO supplied containerized ice stations and containerized chillers for the Lusail project. In addition, the company also provided cooling equipment for concrete pouring suppliers building the main stadium and other 2022 World Cup venues in Qatar.
