Fuzhou has become a hotspot for Taiwan youth to seek employment or start up business, thanks to the great support from local government in recent years.

The capital city of East China's Fujian province has explored multiple effective ways in encouraging Taiwan young people to work in the city including ramping up policy support and establishing entrepreneurial platforms. It is appearing to pay dividends.

Official data shows that a total of 347 businesses set up by Taiwan youth has been established in Fuzhou thus far. More than 4,000 Taiwan youth currently are working in the city, including 150 college teachers.
