Lishui and Shanghai Huangpu cooperates in YRD credit integration
Lishui in East China's Zhejiang province signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with Shanghai's Huangpu district to promote credit integration in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region on July 8.
Lishui government has been focusing on political, business, social and judicial integrity in recent years to promote the construction of "credit Lishui".
Last year, Lishui made pioneering explorations into establishing an ecological credit system in China, including "one list" – a positive and negative list of ecological credit behaviors, and "three evaluations" – individual, enterprise and village-level credit evaluation management.
By December 2019, Lishui ranked 13th in the credit monitoring of prefecture-level cities in China.
Since the implementation of the "Outline of the Yangtze River Delta Regional Integration Development Plan", Lishui has set up a leading group to promote the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and to help the city better integrate into the YRD, and "credit" has been deemed a key link in YRD integrated development.
As a key part of the YRD core area, Huangpu district attaches great importance to the construction of a social credit system as a strong means of improving the region's level of urban development and core competitiveness.
The cooperation will promote the sharing of public credit information between the two sides.
