Hangzhou IVECO Automobile Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. (Haveco), founded in 2007 with a registered capital of 795 million yuan, is a joint venture set up by FCA Partecipazioni S.p.A. (Italy) and Guangzhou Automobile Group Component Co., Ltd. (China) with an investment ratio of 50:50. It mainly supplies advanced transmission products and related services to OEM customers in China’s auto markets.

As the first company of FCA China to win a silver medal for WCM (World Class Manufacturing), Haveco has long been introducing leading production technologies into the domestic market. After years of development and localization, DDCT, the cutting-edge powertrain technology of FCA, achieved SOP in 2014.

Haveco will accelerate the introduction of new technologies and the extension of product lines as it remains devoted to providing advanced products and services to OEM customers in the Chinese market to achieve common development and prosperity.
