Xiaoshan district, Hangzhou recently announced the opening of a township-level vehicle administration office in the district, the first in Zhejiang province, on Aug 2.

Linpu traffic service center, which handles a total of 69 vehicle-related services, is a part of the pioneering "At Most One Visit" reform program and is expected to bring benefits to over 500,000 local residents in eight towns in Xiaoshan.

To better serve the public, the center also introduces inspection areas for motor vehicles, medical examiners for vision and hearing health, self-service payment machines and test rooms.

"People now can go through the whole process in only one visit," said Chen Xiaobo, deputy head of Hangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau Xiaoshan Branch.
