ASMO (Hangzhou Xiaoshan) Small-motor Co Ltd was co-invested and established by ASMO, a subsidiary company of Denso together with Denso (China) Investment Co Ltd.

The company was founded in May, 2011, with a total investment of $90.3 million, a floor area of 50,000 square meters and 750 staff.

It was put into official production in August 2012. The main products are small motor and wiper systems for passenger vehicles. The annual output is about 10 million sets. The main customers include Toyota, Honda, GM, Hyundai, Ford, Jaguar and Land Rover. Sales volume in 2017 was about $700 million and is expected to reach $1.2 billion in 2020. The company has won the title of "Top 50 Industrial Enterprises of Dajiangdong" for three successive years.
