The research team for the study of clean gas energy of the Research Institute of Resources and Environment Policies held a seminar on policies for the development of coal methane at the Development Research Center of the State Council on Sept 4.

The seminar was held at the DRC.

The economic slowdown poses challenges for the transformation of resource-based cities. Taking the city of Yulin in Shaanxi province as the object of study, this report finds difficulties with the transformation of resource-based cities.
