Research Report, Special Issue, No.56, 2019 (Total 1684) 2019-8-6

Abstract: Cultural industry parks serve as the major carrier for the scaled, specialized and clustered development of cultural industry. Being the growth pole and creative source of urban and regional economic transformation and upgrading, they can effectively promote urban and regional economic growth, improve development quality and provide necessary support for enhancing China’s cultural soft power. Domestic experience shows that the key to success or failure of the cultural industry parks is whether we could build sound and low-cost infrastructure facilities, cultivate excellent soft environment soil that nourishes cultural industry, establish a smooth wide linkage mechanism for integrating cultural industry resources, and form a positive feedback mechanism for cultural industry clusters. In the future, we need to promote the high-quality development of China’s cultural industry parks and bring into play the role of cultural industry in transforming China’s economy and building China into a country with strong cultural programs. We need to adhere to low-cost operation, form a creative network ecosystem that meets the requirements of the times, maintain the openness of cultural industry parks and shore up industrial system arrangements of cultural industry parks.

Key words: cultural industry parks, creative economy, the co-existence and common prosperity network
