The Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC) sent a delegation to Israel from May 8 to 12.

Led by Zhang Junkuo, Vice-President of DRC, the delegation visited Israel's Innovation Authority, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Science, and learned about the country's innovation policies, development experience of new technological industries, and cooperation mechanisms between China and Israel. The two sides exchanged views on research of economic and technological innovation policies.

The delegation also visited Technion and the Weizmann Institute of Science for discussions on innovation education, technological transfer, and employee motivation.

The delegation was invited to the 20th Israel International Agricultural Technology Expo (Agritech), and communicated with enterprises from China and Israel on cutting-edge technology development situations in Israel.
