Zhang Laiming, Vice President of the DRC, met with Patrick C.P. Ho, Deputy Chairman of the CEFC Hong Kong Non-Governmental Fund Committee, in Beijing on October 21, and they had a discussion on enhancing cooperation. After that, Cheng Guoqiang and Lu Anxiang, the deputy secretary-general of the Fund Committee, on behalf of International Cooperation Bureau of DRC and the Fund Committee respectively, signed a memorandum of understanding on future cooperation and communication in the presence of Zhang Laiming and Patrick C.P. Ho.
