A delegation from the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC) led by its Vice-President Zhang Laiming surveyed the implementation of a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policy in Hangzhou and Ningbo, Zhejiang province, an eastern coastal province of China, on March 28-30.

The delegation held talks with local officials and heads of medical institutions at all levels, and made field surveys at Ningbo No.1 Hospital and Health Services Center of Minglou Street in Jiangdong district.

Local officials and DRC research fellows, including Ge Yanfeng, Zhang Jiahui, Yu Dong and Zhang He participated in the survey.
