The Research Institute of Resources and Environment Policies (IREP), the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC) hosted a research kick-off meeting on agricultural and rural pollution on Jan 21.

The research group discussed the significance, key issues and approach of the subject.

DRC officials, research fellows and other research group members were also present at the meeting.

The research was co-launched by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China and IREP.
