Li Wei, president of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), joined Chad Holiday, chairman-designate of Royal Dutch Shell, in discussing their natural gas cooperation projects and the next moves, in Beijing, on March 16.

Joining the meeting were Cheng Guoqiang, director-general of DRC's International Cooperation Department, and Shi Yaodong, vice-director-general of its Industrial Economy Research Department.
